Loading Docks

Loading Dock Location:  On the right side of the building on 9th Street. Adjacent to parking garage entrance.

Loading Dock Hours:   9:00 am – 6:00 pm Seven Days a Week

Loading Dock specifics:   All deliveries are scheduled via an on-line reservation system - click here to reserve. The reservation system and loading dock operations are managed by the Dock Master who is on-site from 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday - Friday. In the event of an unscheduled delivery, the Dock Master will direct the vehicle to a designated on-street loading zone, if available. Should all spaces be occupied at the time of unscheduled delivery, the driver will be asked to book an appointment and come back at the next available delivery time.

Delivery vehicles found idling, parked, or unloading in non-designated loading zones will be issued a violation by the Dock Master. If the driver refuses to relocate or continues to unload in a non-designated loading zone, the Dock Master will record the vehicle details and proceed to call Arlington County Parking Enforcement. This information will be disseminated to the responsible parties, including the tenant and delivery company, so that the appropriate actions can be taken in an effort to avoid a violation in the future. Should the delivery guidelines continue to be violated, the vendor will no longer be permitted to deliver to 800 N. Glebe Road. 

The dock can accommodate vehicles no larger than 57' in length, 14' tall and 12' wide. After completion of a delivery, the Dock Master will direct the vehicle to exit towards N. Glebe Road. All delivery activities made by vehicles 20' or less in length and no more than 8' tall will be asked to complete the delivery through the parking garage in the designated loading spaces.

Moves are permitted on weekends only between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and must be scheduled with the Property Management Team.
